Team Analysis and Development Banks are constantly creating and disbanding teams - management teams, project teams, internal and external teams and cross function teams. Experience shows that the benefits of the output from these teams varies greatly. Would it not be best to predict output, and build teams with a high chance of success? Very few of us can succeed without the contribution of the team around us. Using Belbin®'s Team Role analysis, this course analyses and ensures common understanding of the team's composition, strengths and weaknesses. A team role as defined by Dr Meredith Belbin is: "A tendency to behave, contribute and interrelate with others in a particular way." The value of these tools is that they enable an individual or team to benefit from self-knowledge and adjust according to the demands being made by the external situation. Using the information gleaned from the analysis, consultancy will be provided to address areas for improvement. The content of the programme will be adapted to meet the particular needs of the group and your organisation. Key Topics
