A A typical programme is two or three days, depending upon your needs.
A I will meet with you in order to understand the nature of a typical consultancy engagement and typical client set. I will also need to understand the typical problems that your consultants encounter and struggle with. I will take this information and design a case study that reflects your real world and your organisation.
A They are run at your offices or offsite. The courses can be either residential or non-residential.

A Yes, we are accredited by the Institute of Business Consulting and our consultancy courses can lead to the award of a Certificate in Management Consultancy Essentials. This is subject to the submission and assessment of post course written work.

A Yes, many clients do not want to forgo client revenue and run courses from Friday evening through Sunday.
A Clients adopt a variety of approaches to the implementation of learning.
Examples are:
- Participants are encouraged to work with line managers or mentors to set pre-course objectives and to develop an implementation plan after the training.
- Conducting a series of evening follow up refresher sessions.
- To offer individual coaching to the course participants to implement learnings.
- Completing the Certificate in Management Consulting Essentials qualification really helps implement the learning.
