D.I.S.C. (incorporating P.I.A.V and S.S.I) The D.I.S.C. behavioural system analysis is based on the work of Dr. William M Marston of Harvard University. It analyses work related behaviour preferences based upon the interactions between the following four attributes: Dominance, Influence, Stability & Compliance Marston states that 'the ability to interact effectively with people may be the difference between success or failure in our work'. D.I.S.C profiling is an excellent tool for facilitating the understanding of these interactions and behaviours. D.I.S.C. is a simple, highly valuable, and widely used tool. It is acknowledged as easily allowing staff and their peers / managers / subordinates to learn more about each other in 15 minutes than they could working together for a whole year. Our D.I.S.C. related services are based on a series of software reports that meet a variety of needs and special applications required for increased individual and organisational effectiveness. P.I.A.V. (Personal interests, attitudes and values) measures the relative performance of attitudes, interests and motives. This analysis assists an individual and manager to understand the intrinsic motivators necessary for enhanced personal and team performance. S.S.I. (Sales Strategy Index) identifies the specific training and management needs of a sales team thereby allowing management and coaching to be focused on the areas that produce the greatest development and most significant sales increase.
