Relevant Experience Ten years in operational, change management and IT management roles at Lloyds Bank, Chase Manhattan and International Commercial Bank. Further ten years as a Consultant / Associate Director with TCA Consulting, focusing exclusively on investment banking and Financial Services clients in the UK, USA, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Consultancy services focused on change, programme and project management within Treasury, Derivatives and Capital Markets. Extensive training, recruitment and staff development experience was developed in conjunction with the consultancy role, including the development and delivery of bespoke training courses for consultants and clients. This enabled the benefits of 'doing' to come to the fore in a 'training' role. Amongst the roles fulfilled in this area were sales, staff selection and screening, mentoring, consultancy skills training and negotiation.
